These roles are critical for the smooth operations of the city’s ongoing smart city initiatives. The posts will be stationed in Jammu City and require candidates who are committed, result-oriented, and can meet the demands of this innovative urban development project.

Key Terms and Conditions

Contractual Engagement
- Initial Duration: The contract is valid for an initial period of one year.
- Extension: There is a provision for an extension based on the project’s requirements and individual performance. The extension period may be up to one year at a time.
Posting and Working Hours
- Location: The candidate will be posted in Jammu City.
- Work Timings: The working hours will be from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
Termination and Resignation
- Termination by JSCL: The engagement may be terminated by JSCL with a notice period of one month or a payment of one month’s salary in lieu of notice.
- Resignation by Candidate: If a candidate wishes to resign, they must provide one month’s notice or a payment of one month’s salary in lieu of notice.
Conduct and Policy Adherence
- HR and Other Policies: The selected candidate will be required to abide by the HR policies of JSCL and any other company policies.
- Declaration: Candidates must submit a declaration that they have not been convicted by a court or dismissed from a public or private sector job.
- Affidavit: Candidates must provide an affidavit stating that they will not claim any further extension or absorption into JSCL or the J&K Government.
Screening and Selection Process
- Screening: In case of multiple applications, candidates will be screened based on their relevant skills, experience, and professional qualifications.
- Interview: The final selection will be based on a personal interview. The candidate must be physically fit, dynamic, and ready to join immediately.
- Travel Expenses: No TA (Travel Allowance) or DA (Daily Allowance) will be provided for attending the interview.
- Documents: Candidates must bring original certificates, experience documents, photographs, NOC, and self-attested photocopies of certificates for verification.
Experience and Verification
- Experience Check: The experience details submitted by candidates will be verified for authenticity. Any discrepancy found in the experience or certificates may lead to disqualification or termination at any stage.
Right to Cancel
- Discretion of CEO: The CEO of JSCL reserves the right to cancel the entire recruitment process or select the candidates without providing any reasons.

- Disqualification: Any attempt to influence the recruitment process by political or other means will result in disqualification.
