Detailed Eligibility Criteria

The Project Assistant position requires specific qualifications and experience to ensure that candidates can effectively contribute to the project. Below are the key eligibility requirements:

Educational Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Business Administration with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate or an equivalent GPA.

Work Experience

  • A minimum of one year of working experience in any of the following:
    • Government Organizations
    • Educational Institutions
    • Incubation Centres
    • Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs)

Knowledge and Skills

  • Knowledge of startup incubation activities, including maintaining financial records, documentation, filing, and IT support.
  • Experience in event management and general administrative support will be an added advantage.

Salary Details

  • The selected candidates will be offered a consolidated salary of Rs 12,000 per month for the duration of the contract.

Interview Details

The walk-in interview will be conducted on January 30, 2025 (Thursday) at 10:30 AM. Candidates must report to the CIED Building, IUST, Awantipora at least half an hour before the scheduled time.

Required Documents

Candidates are required to bring the following documents to the interview:

  1. Original degree certificates and marksheets for all relevant qualifications.
  2. Experience certificates from previous employers.
  3. A copy of the updated CV.
  4. Two latest passport-size photographs.
